I am going on my fifth year living with Haverkamp Properties. I have loved every year of it. I chose to stay with them during the moving process. Every maintenance request I have ever put in has been promptly taken care of. They respect my space and have always taken care of my issues! Besides that, everything has been blissfully uneventful.
I always recommend Haverkamp to my friends when trying to find apartments. They seriously do a good job.

They make you drive across Ames to pickup the keys because they can't be bothered to have someone at the building. It also won't show on their app what you owe at move in. All it said was 14$ due so I paid it. Come time to pickup the keys and they want another 988$ that wasn't displayed on the app.

I enjoy using the AFC gym, and I love where I live. I have made my apartment my home. The maintenance is so fast and efficient. It's been great!
