South Meadow is an apartment community in Ames, IA
If you visit one of their apartments, get ready for all the spam they will send to you: weekly emails and texts.
The office manager will call and leave you messages and even after you tell them to stop contacting you, they will continue. They will also share your information without permission to their 'sister apartments' - university west. This apartment complex will contact you as well.
You will be forced to to block their emails and numbers. Their apartments are not great to begin will and... it's not worth the harassment.

South Meadow was a great apartment to live in. Everything was perfect in my apartment and they accommodated to me when I needed to move in a few days early. I never had any problems the whole year. Thanks!

Wonderful
I really like this apartment, it is very close (within walking distance) to a number of restaurants and stores. This complex has a very nice courtyard with tall trees for shade in the summer and beautiful leaves in the fall! In the courtyard there is a propane grill and outdoor table for all residents to us. There is free parking in the complex parking lot if you have a vehicle and an option to add a carport on the premises to the lease, if you don't drive there is a bus stop about 200 feet... away. Inside it has all new up to date appliances, central air/heat and a nice spacious bathroom. One of the big positives for me personally is the kitchen has a flat top stove and an island!
