Great place to stay at the social west in Ames Iowa. There are so many cool places around Ames Iowa to see and do. Soo many bike trails and walking paths

I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s very quiet, all of my neighbors are friendly or keep to themselves. The property is usually clean, and the staff in the leasing office is very nice and informative.

My very first time renting and the process was super easy to complete and get moved in! The staff is very friendly and there is lots of fun things to do in the main office for holidays and just because! The gym is my favorite, never overcrowded and comfortable! In walking distance of so many cool stores. 10/10 place to live.
