Overall, it’s a good and quiet place to live. The environment is peaceful, and I’ve generally had a positive experience. However, the cleanliness could be improved at times, and the tanning beds have been out of service since March.

I have loved my time living at The Social! The maintenance staff are always helpful and kind, along with the leasing staff. My apartment was completely clean and spotless on my move-in day, which made my move-in a lot less stressful! Highly recommend checking out this community!

I love here it is awesome here the people are good. And they take care of people and you have a problem maintenance takes care of it and the pools are nice to go to

It is great living here, nice little community and good proximity to all of the important spots in Ames. Having bus stops right by the apartments is very convenient as well.

My mom said I’d get a renovated apartment since that is what they told her. It wasn’t really renovate as it’s shown online, I’m guessing that’s why they wouldn’t allow us to look at the actual property before hand because we wanted to get measurements for my furniture. No issues with maintenance coming when I send a request. But poor insulation when it’s cold out. Other than that this is a fine complex.
