Pretty good place to live, rent is reasonable, and the other perks add value to the living arrangements. The community rewards system doesn't always let you do things you should be able to.

Staff and amenities are great. Super friendly. The living areas could use some work. There was no shoe on the trim and there was a half inch gap showing with discolored walls.

Decent pricing for the area and location. Maintenance is slow and often not too helpful. Had a few problems that took weeks or even a month to fix, even though they impacted the daily use of the appliance or daily life in the apartment.
