Helpful front desk folks and accommodating. Gets loud sometimes in the buildings due to the residents and proximity to I-35. Trash area not kept super clean. Apartments are a good size and modern. Overall, good experience.

Decent property amenities and outdoor space. The rooms are quiet and I cannot hear my roommates often. This may be due to the intake fan running 24/7 in my unit or maybe the walls are thick.

Before moving here, make sure you confirm if the room you chose is a newly updated room. The older ones are not bad, but I was only shown renovated units and there is no way to distinguish which ones are renovated from the website.
