DON'T EXPECT DEPOSIT BACK/DIFFICULT MANAGEMENT

Do not expect to get your deposit back. They are petty and unprofessional. There are several better choices out there. I do not recommend this property or Hunziker management.

We greatly apologize that you were not satisfied with the level of service that was provided to your daughter during her time here. Wessex prides itself on the customer service... it provides to each resident in every unique situation. According to records, it does appear that this issue was handled through on-site management and upper management to assist in resolving accordingly. Additionally, records show that an amount higher than the security deposit itself was refunded.
