The studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes, and are a 5 minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has open parking and... coin-operated laundry in each building. Units come with a dishwasher, central A/C, and a garage. Cats are allowed. Pet fees will apply. Undergrads not allowed.

Mixed Feelings

I had mixed feelings about this place: It was an excellent location, near 3 bus lines going to/from campus, in a quiet neighborhood near a walking trail and quick access to stores/major roads and a garage included (great for Iowa winters). However, my unit (could be an exception) was not very clean when I received it, and had numerous issues throughout my year there, including rats during winter and grey water backup into my kitchen sink and shower drain on at least 3 different occasions, two of... which were severe enough to have caused the apartment to flood if I had not been there.
