    Ridiculous charging for co-signer

    As a co-signer, I provide all of you need legal documents. You don't trust these documents. Even the IRS documents and bank statements, you charge me a fee to check my credit history, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! So, is this the only apartment in AMES? I have lived in IOWA for over ten years and I never heard about an apartment management charging co-signer fees for background checks. Is your company that so poor? Don't live in this apartment. Stay away from them. They will definitely come up with all… kinds of weird reasons to charge you. You will lose a lot of money.
