So far, so great! We haven’t been here long, I don’t know names, but the guys that’s been in to fix our drain and back door has been fantastic! He’s nice to our 2 senior dogs, he’s quick, has what’s needed. Since we’re near a dumpster, we appreciate the guys that come around to make sure they’re cleaned up! All the guys do a great job of keeping all these building up!

Ceiling Stain He did a good job of painting over the stain; however he left paint chips on the floor. I was able to clean them up.

Shower floor repair There was a patch on the shower floor when I moved in. It started to peal and crack. It was repaired the correct way but when the patch was sanded it made dust throughout the apartment and the smell was so terrible I had to leave the apartment for awhile. I opened windows on a day of 90 degree heat. My aphra cleaned while I was gone. Next time a barrier should be put up so the dust is contained. Also the occupants should be advised to leave for a while.
