Repair Work on Patio My patio was pulled from building and they chip it out and cleaned it all out. Then they added new concret and they treated as if it was in their home. Very considerate and pleasant. Came right after my call. I have been here over 5 years and love it. So clean and everyone is so nice!!!

Place is good (mostly) The leasing office is superb, the place is great in general, and maintenance was very nice when they came, but their paint repair on the chipped door was abysmal. It’s also unfortunate to see how lazy of a job contractors did prior to my move-in. Specifically, there are tacks sticking out of the carpet in areas that stabbed me in the foot (AND one of my ESAs…)—I grabbed a hammer and pushed the tacks back in myself, at least the ones I’ve found so far. My only other strike… with the place has been how easily impact noise travels from above. My neighbors are definitely on the louder side and their footsteps and late-hour vacuuming can be a bit bothersome. Again, the place is pretty good, but it’s obvious that shortcuts were taken in the construction and maintenance of it. I also won’t be surprised if I end up having to put in a noise complaint for my upstairs neighbors: why are we vacuuming the entire place at 10pm on a weeknight?!

Washer -loud when rinsing The maintenance people did a great job fixing my washer, it no longer makes a loud sound when draining! They did an awesome job and were so personable. They also glued the counter tops in certain spaces. Very well done!??
