Lavish and accommodating townhome

I moved to Bettendorf a few months ago and I think this place is lavish and amazing. I've lived in multiple complexes across the country and this one is worth every penny. I'm amazed how beautiful this place is. It makes one feel spoiled, and the staff is amazing and attentive. I highly recommend calling this place home.

I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Pleasant Valley Townhomes literally checks all of the boxes for the perfect living experience - location, finishes, amenities, convenience and the best property management staff I've ever worked with. My whole experience with Pleasant Valley Townhomes has been stellar and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

BEST PLACE PERIOD

I had to go on the reserve list for 2 months to get a townhome, but it was so worth the wait. These townhomes are amazing! They are absolute luxury inside, but the best thing about them is the attached garage. I am so glad I was able to get one.

Love My Townhouse!

I live in a brand new townhouse, which was the perfect transition from the house I used to live in. I love the 2 bedrooms located upstairs separate from the living room. The storage under the steps and the nice walk-in closet and the extra deep garage give me extra room for my decorations. I have my own washer and dryer, which is really handy, and a fenced outside patio, which is really nice for my dog - that was a huge plus for me that this townhouse complex is pet friendly. I also love the… attached garage - it makes it more private. And I simply love having the lawn mowed and the driveway shoveled for me. The spacious rooms and friendly neighbors make my townhouse truly a wonderful place to live!
