Welcome to My Home!

I have lived in the 29th Street Townhomes for a few years. When someone tells me I should purchase a house, I always share with them why I should not. The buildings are attractive and the attached garage is perfect. Restaurants are very close and there are parks and a bike path nearby for walking my dog. I feel safe in the evening knowing my living level is on the second floor. People rent apartments for various reasons. For me, it is peace of mind.

Definitely Worth It

I absolutely love living here. The floor plan is so well thought out and the wood floor and appliances are top notch. All my visitors are thoroughly impressed by the property and what it offers. Moving here from Chicago I was looking for a safe community - never once have I felt uneasy. I pull into my garage and I am home. While being only 5 minutes away from where I work, the 29th Street Townhomes really do have everything you'd want!

Beautiful Apartment

The 29th Street Townhomes are perfect. My wife and I relocated to Davenport nearly a year ago and were looking for a new place that is affordable, modern, and in a good location. The 29th Street Townhomes were able to fit all of our needs. The leasing staff was extremely helpful in making sure we were fully satisfied and happy with our decision to move. We love the open floor plan, natural light, and high end fixtures/appliances that truly make the home look and feel luxurious. We couldn't… be happier with our decision to move here and plan to be long term tenants!
