Geneva Tower Apartments

This is a great place to live for disabled and elderly people. However, it is not without it's ups and downs. It is a 12 story building in the heart of Downtown Cedar Rapids Iowa. It is a great location with the Cedar Rapids Public Library with in a block to the East and the Ground Transportation Center 3 blocks to the West. It is close to both the Paramount Theatre and Theatre Cedar Rapids and other night life locales. Geneva Towers has Efficiencies 1 bedroom and Double Efficiencies. The rooms are nice, but it gets expensive when you try to make a living. If you wanna make some money, but not get the rent raised you have to make at least 80 dollars a month and pay the place 25 dollars for rent. Now how is anyone suppose to live off that??? It's crazy! If they would just set the rent for a 1 bed room 400 dollars a month and set the rent for efficiencies to 325- 350 dollars a month, then we'd be in business.
