Geneva Tower

This is a great place to live for disabled and elderly people. However, it is not without it's ups and downs. It is a 12 story building in the heart of Downtown Cedar Rapids Iowa. It is a great location with the Cedar Rapids Public Library with in a block to the East and the Ground Transportation Center 3 blocks to the West. It is close to both the Paramount Theatre and Theatre Cedar Rapids and other night life locales. Geneva Towers has Efficiencies 1 bedroom and Double Efficiencies. There are… 2 elevators a trash shoot with access from each floor, a TV room, a community room, a private meeting room, and a mini grocery store on ground level as well as two public access computers. All utilities included in rent costs.

Its ok

The rooms are nice, but it gets expensive when you try to make a living. If you wanna make some money, but not get the rent raised you have to make at least 80 dollars a month and pay the place 25 dollars for rent. Now how is anyone suppose to live off that??? It's crazy! If they would just set the rent for a 1 bed room 400 dollars a month and set the rent for efficiencies to 325- 350 dollars a month, then we'd be in business.
