I've actually lived in this apartment for 13 YEARS this month. I moved in right after college. As the years have passed we've had 4-5 landlords in the office and a multitude of staff. Sadly as time has gone on, the level of service has declined. There is often a delay in service requests, and general careless attitude from the top level management in the corporate offices. My rent has fluctuated many times in the last 13 years, but has remained steady as of the last 2-3. It's a really good... price for the amount of space you have. Most places around the same size are $100-200 more around the city. There haven't been any upgrades or freshening of paint or carpet since I moved in, but with the newest landlord they've been better with shoveling snow, getting parking lots painted for parking spots and quicker responses to maintenance requests. I've had all kinds of neighbors, sometimes the complex gets loud, but it's never been out of control or unsafe. I don't know if I would recommend the place to someone else, but it's worked for me.
