Management is awesome here. They were very helpful everytime I had a question and I got my security deposit back within a week of moving out. However there are bugs everywhere. Huge spiders, lots of earwigs and pill bugs. Office won’t pay for orkin you have to pay for it. My apartment door, A/C and heater boards were not sealed properly. I had bugs in my cabinets and all over my kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very outdated and needs to be remodeled or resealed. My neighbor told me she’s... told the office multiple times they need to reseal the door after every tenant has moved out and they didn’t seem to care.

Lovely place to live. Michele and Kathleen are awesome!
Maintenance is courteous and respectful, scenery including pond is beautiful, and the environment is safe and quiet!
