Don't live here. Loud neighbors, cops are constantly around, and the water turns orange.

The manager is terrible! During this disaster she’s not giving any info and Had the nerve to be nasty when she thought I was gone! Would not recommend this property to anyone and she should be fired!

We live in a one bedroom on the top floor. We love the way it looks but the only downfall is that over half of the outlets in our apartment do not work and the seal on our refrigerator has been broken since we moved in and nobody has come to fix it regardless of us talking to the office two or three different times and us calling the 24 hour maintenance. Besides that we love it, our living room is spacious, our bedroom is the perfect size for our needs. Our closet is a walk-in closet, and the… bathroom isn’t too bad either. The inside was very clean when we move in and for the most part you do not hear from your neighbors. Everyone just kind of keeps to themselves. Management is also friendly! Hello... I live in an 8-plex apartment building, and this complex, has 16 bldgs; mine is a keyed entrance!

I like having people to talk with, once in awhile. No one can enter our apartments, unless of an emergency...and with all the people here, it's impossible for anyone to steal a car!

The Office here stays in touch with all of us, by either calling us and/or putting a note on our doors. And solicitors are not permitted to talk to the renters.

We have handicap parking on center; we… have a great laundry also, with the mail boxes in the laundry area, that is not accessible to just anyone, but the post office, delivering mail.

We have a coin operated change machine, for obtaining all the quarters we need for the washers and dryers.

We also have an area where someone can walk to and from: a Dollar General Store for all kinds of supplies, including a large food selection of groceries and drink. This place has most everything from A to Z! This is a store that has expanded their product space of new food items!

Nearby, one can walk to (2) gas stations, with groceries and drink, along with a signature type of food, such as a homemade, fresh pizza that is absolutely delicious! And they also carry (2) daily news papers of the (2) largest papers in the state! And the pastries are great!

Also, there are (2) churches nearby, a gun shop, a shop for stamps and zerox services, and money orders are (ready for this?): $0.25-cents!!! They use to be a nickel...!!!

There are car washes down the street; as well, as a great, little ice cream shop, where one can get excellent ice cream, plus the tastiest (foot long) hot dogs, I've ever had!!

And a few blocks away, there's a shop that serves the best burgers I've ever had in my life, called a: "Maid-rite!!!" With lots of juice on the meat, so it can stand up and talk to me, they are the best sandwiches I've ever eaten!!! Man, when I eat these maid-rites, when Nichol prepares them, I'm in heaven! At least (2) or (3) or even a fourth!!! No kidding...they are that good!!!

Now, for those who don't have cars, there are about (5) locations to catch a daily bus, surrounding the complex...this is a big drawing card that most apartments don't have...!

And...we are waiting for another coffee shop to open up nearby and re-create a great atmosphere, for various activites, such as: reading the paper, having a cool drink/a food item, and we had free wi-fi, too!
