Nice apartment, Bad everything else

The apartment itself was a nice place right after the building was renovated. But it soon fell into disrepair by the management and people living there. The halls were always full of garbage and kids runnings around. It took forever for anything to get fixed or repaired. I constantly ran into people from the neighborhood who hanging out in the laundry room in the basement. Worst of all, the fire alarm system for the building DOES NOT WORK and it kept glitching for over a year. It would go off… randomly at night (usually once a month at 2am). The building fire alarm went off 3 times in one week, and believe me, you can't just sleep through it. The building management told me they couldn't fix it for some reason. Also, the alarms at the front and back doors on the first floor went off non-stop for months. I don't know how anyone on the first floor slept at night.

Avoid this place if you can!
