Wildwood Apartments

I've lived here 6 years and I really love it here .Maintenance is the best that you will find and I love our office staff too. Maintenance response usually within 48 hours even on non-emergency calls they are excellent.It is clean and I enjoy living here.

I chose this apartment after a virtual showing due to Covid and missed to see few important drawbacks.

The apartment is very old fashioned. After moving in I realized that It doesn’t have central Air conditioning. Only one A/C in the living room with NO A/C in the bedroom. I had only one sink, so I have to wash and rinse all in one. No dishwasher. Blinds are dirty the heating system is full of cob webs and dirt.

This apartment had bedbugs and I had to go through a very intense cleaning… process for bed bug treatment. I moved out mainly due to this bed bug issue.

From my deposit $150 cleaning fee was taken even though I left the apartment cleaner than how I received it. I’m yet to receive the remaining deposit and it’s been 5 months since I moved out. The apartment style looks very similar to a old hotel. The hallways are long with many different apartments. I have one sink,so I have to wash and rinse all in one. After moving in I realized that my blinds are dirty the heating system is full of cob webs and dirt. I pay for all utilities but I'm barely home to use a lot of it. Don't get me wrong, my apartment is nice far as the big bedroom and living room but I barely have storage space. It's in a okay location but the price is a little much.

With the new management on site i will give a 3 rating. They are wirking on getting whats left of the riff raff and making this a family feiendly place. The grounds are nice and maintained and the pool is kept clean. When the rest of the people who really dont care about respecting their neighbors are gone, i will gladly give a higher rsting.
