Originally I loved living here, but the landlord (who was amazing btw) walked out. Leaving us without a landlord for about 4 months, and no pest control. We went from relatively alright apartments to having roaches, spiders, wasps etc as it got warmer and we STILL had no pest control. The washers/dryers were consistently broken, and the spring rain caused mold and mildew on the bottom floors. When they FINALLY got us a new landlord she was not only rude to residents but constant unreachable when... there was an issue or if someone just wanted to meet her, unlike our last landlord who was friendly to residents, this landlord acted as if we would infect her with something. After she joined we ran out of 30 day notice pages that's how many people wanted to leave. They offer month-to-month leases when I lived there, not sure if that is still the case, but I would NOT stay here long term, if at all!
