River Ridge Place has been one of my favorite apartments I have lived in! I had to sublease my apartment DAYS after I renewed my lease for another year due to relocating to Dallas, Texas, but the office staff was so helpful giving me the best and quickest options to get it subleased.
I was in the studio apartment which was updated with a full sized washer and dryer, tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. The property is SO quiet and you never heard anything not even my upstairs neighbor... . The location is GREAT, right off 1st Ave so it's close to I-80, Hy-vee, Coralridge Mall and downtown Iowa City!
