Sherwood Forest Apartments

I applied for and apartment here and paid the application fee and deposit. I was called less than 24 hrs telling me to come pick up my deposit and not given any reasin why I was denied. Josh the property manager has poor phone and people skills and doesnt know how to talk to people and when u try to call and talk to him about the reason either noone answers the phone or u talk to someone and ask for Josh to call u back but he never does and then I have called the corporate office and also left a… message with them to have Josh call and talk to me and still no call back. I moved into Sherwood in February, Great location, quiet community, maintenance responds very quickly and management is firm but fair. I have an adorable apartment with reasonable upgrades. The square footage is outstanding with a lot of closets.

Horrible customer service. "Josh" the manager is completely rude with no social skills. Also, a warning. They expect you to turn in a 500$ deposit with your application fee and regardless if you are approved or not; or if you decide you don't want to rent from them theu will try to keep your deposit. A deposit is supposed to be in place in case you damaged their property. However, they are fraudulent and will try to keep it even if you never stepped foot in the apartment.
