If you don't have any other options....

This was a nice place to live until new property management took over. They routinely send threatening letters to all of their residents. They encourage you to not only report the misconduct of other tenants but also to photograph them! If you don't have pets or guests and mostly need an apartment to sleep and quietly watch television this place will be fine for you. If you are looking to for a loose atmosphere or a quality place to live for a reasonable price look elsewhere.

We are sorry that you feel that way. We want this be a great and nice place to live. The notices aren't meant to be threatening. They are meant to curb any unwanted activity. Regarding the reporting of tenants or taking photos is we want to catch… people that aren't picking up their dog's poop. It is required in the lease that tenants pick up after their pet. However people aren't doing that even though we provide bags and a place to throw it away. We have had many complaints of people stepping in dog poop because of tenants not being responsible pet owners. Our maintenance crew has had to pick up so much dog poop because of this. It's not their job to pick up dog poop because tenants aren't being responsible. If you have any concerns or questions on policies or notices please call the office or email us. We always put in our notices if anyone has any questions to call us.
