Love this place!

I’ve lived here for two years in the Penthouse and I can say the management is phenomenal. If I ever have issues, they get it done literally within the hour no joke! I say that the management team cares for their tenants which is hard to find. They don’t take advantage of you and they’re very understanding. If you love the downtown nightlife, you’re in the perfect spot. It can be loud at night but you live downtown on third Street… What do you expect? I highly recommend.

don’t waste your money

Would give negative stars if i could. They virtually showed me one unit and put me in a different one when i moved in. Appliances could be better. Washer and dryer can only hold half of a normal load. Cleaned my apartment out SPOTLESS and still charged me $180 “cleaning fee” . Took a month to get my deposit back, well part of it. Homeless people everywhere. Don’t waste your time.
