Great Building and Downtown Area

This is a great building in the heart of a great downtown area! Staff was welcoming and friendly. They responded immediately and got me in for a tour the same day.

AMAZING Place to live

I want to just start off by saying that I don't EVER do reviews... ever. Yet, the Union Arcade is that great of a place that I feel is my duty to write one. First off, management is terrific which is key in renting. They are compassionate, caring, and helpful. It shows that they truly care about their tennants and that you are not just another monthly paycheck to them. When you call and ask for help or if you have an issue for some reason they will take care of you extremely quick, most likely… that same day. I live in a different city now and miss having such a great management team at my apartment.

Secondly, the units are basically brand new and the location is great. Free starbucks coffee everyday helps too! Great prices, this is the place to be!

If you're considering the UA... do it! Great location, great management, great prices!!
