This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If any pets are brought onto the property without approval, a $500 fee will be charged. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox, and failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, you will be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation.
