Great Place to Live

I lived here for approximately 3 years and I must say that I really loved it. The location was excellent and the management, though busy at times, tried to be as attentive as possible to your apt needs. The apt layout is newer and perfect for someone living on their own, or as a couple. Very cozy, very clean. There are NO small children running and playing around in the hallways or on the elevators; and there are very few animals!! Great place to live!

Nice manager great building

I just moved in a month ago and really like the property manager Linda. The apartment is clean nice and my neighbors are pretty quiet for the price I would totally recommend living here

Need to Update Layout pictures

I am looking for a place that is 1 bedroom and has its own washer dryer in unit; this place was my #1. The location was perfect and the price is right. I also reached out to two other places in the metro - both responded within 24 hours. I had to call this company , even though I reached out via email. A little annoying, but business is business. There are income restrictions apartments as well as market value apartments - I fell under market value, but that wasn't a big deal. In the floor plan… pictures, it has a spot marked as "Laundry," but washer dryers are not in the units. Guess not then... if you are like me and prefer to have separate laundry, keep looking.

Great apartments, mediocre management.

Great apartments! Amazing location, amazing building, amazing price! These apartments are great the only thing that isn't so great is that the staff takes a while to get back to you about stuff. The application process took 3 weeks for some reason and the were very poor about calling me back. All in all they're great though.

No driving required

Everything you need within a 5 block radious Bars, food , shopping. The area has a great vib. Right on the river walk.
