Awesome Home

I lived her a couple of months ago, i loved it! I had to move into another state due to job change but if not i would still be renting from Knapp properties. The manager is super kind and down to earth. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and repair. The hallways are always clean, laundry room is clean.

Good value, pleasant experience

This is a 50 year old building, with the usual dents and dings. However, it is well maintained and surprisingly clean.

Pros:
Reasonable rent
Free heat
Quiet tenants
Near to grocery store
Friendly maintenance man and he is quick to respond to concerns

Cons:
Street noise can be loud
Small kitchen

Overall, this apartment building is a good value and was a pleasant experience. I would still be living there if I did not have to move out of state.
