How Is This Rating Determined?

Easy fixes

The interior looks great at first glance, but after moving around a little you realize the floors aren't leveled. Also, the dishwasher is cheap and you have to run it 2-3 times before dishes come clean. Next, the maintenance men are less than professional, they do the bare minimum and don't clean up after themselves. Easy fixes turn into big problems because they don't fix them right the first time.
Lastly, the air vents are in terrible places, apartments on the bottom floors have vents in the... ceilings so during the winter you have to turn your heat on extremely high and even then you're still freezing.
