Gracie Park Apartments

We cleaned the apartment thoroughly, vacuumed and shampooed the carpet. We never had a pet and kept it clean on a regular basis. We scrubbed the bathroom and tub yet we were charged for carpet cleaning, cleaning of the bathroom etc. When we first got the apartment, the carpet (and the room) smelled of cigarette smoke. It seemed that they did not clean the room well. Yet, we left it as a clean apartment. We are residents who have a track record of getting full refund (or almost full refund) back... from the landlords. It's ridiculous to charge more than half of the deposit for a thoroughly clean room. The deposit was returned to us several months after the move out date (and after several reminders). I will be fair to say that the management was good while we stayed. If we were to choose again, we wouldn't choose to live in this place. Read More
