Marshalltown Lofts offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes in Marshalltown IA. Our community offers an on site 24 hour fitness center and a community room. We also have a playground and picnic tables. We are a pet friendly community! We allow... two pets per unit (some breed restrictions apply). Pet deposit is $300 per pet ($150 is refundable) and pet rent is $25 per pet/month.
Utilities included are water, sewer, trash and Internet!! Residents pay for gas and electric through Alliant.
We are an Income Restricted apartment complex. Our rent is base off household yearly income. Also, the amount of people in your family.
Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. We are currently fully occupied, but we are taking applications for our wait list. Don't miss out on a beautiful home join our waitlist.
