horrible

The whole situation was horrible. Our fridge didnt work correctly for MONTHS. i had to pay for pest control out of my picket than never got reimbursed like they legally have too. We were giving them checks to apply to our ledger which they never did so they ended up filing on us with a notice that we had actually gave them money for. They dont care about their residents at all, one of the leasing consultants who actually cared ended up leaving 6 WEEKS after she started.

Friendly staff and a Good Community with a pretty view

Overall our experience here has been very good, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating to us. The property is well maintained and maintenance responds in a timely manner whenever there is an issue. Honestly the rent is not bad for what you are getting, we have a gorgeous view of the Legacy Golf Course and we have plenty of space to not feel crowded. The fitness room could be a little bigger but that is about my only complaint so far.

Comfortable Living

Overall it's been a pretty good experience! Maintenance is usually right on queue and will always notify you before anything happens. Haven't had any issues with the apartment itself. Front desk personal are nice and accommodating.

Good choice

I'm on my 2nd year lease.
Quite and safe, but somewhat dated.
I rarely hear my neighbors, except for an occasional dog barking
Great staff. No problems getting repairs completed.
Easy commute to airport, downtown and Jordan Creek area.
In unit washer and dryer is a plus.
Electric bills have been reasonable ($25 - $50)

Great place

Great place to live, close to everything. Manger is awesome and maintenance very quick to fix anything. The kitchens are small, not a lot of space in the kitchen to cook and store food and cooking utensils but tons of storage throughout the rest of the appartment.
