BLACK MOLD

Do not move into this apartment complex. The building where the office is infested with mold and my apartment apartment 4 had black mold. They will nickel-and-dime you and your bill will always be different every month. Well the location is good and I appreciate the old manager Ryan that was moved to one of their other complexes, it's not worth the money. Their maintenance and their former manager which they moved to one of their other complexes are great and I love them but the company itself… is money hungry. This is not worth your money.

Inexpensive

Budget and pet friendly apartment. The apartment manager and maintenance crew are friendly and have responded to requests promptly. My fridge started to act up one weekend so I called the emergency line, they were at my apartment and swapped out the fridge so fast I wasn't late for work. The apartments aren't luxurious but they're well kept and clean. It's also pretty quiet here. The walls are nearly sound proof. The only thing I hear is if someone drops something above me which isn't often. I… also appreciate the picnic table area with grills for everyone to use. I recommend these apartments to anyone who wants no frills living at a reasonable price.
