Worst experience ever This has been my worst experience ever. Move her form out of state. Gave my deposit a month before moving in and are apartment wasn’t move in ready. I had about 6 things go wrong in the couple of weeks I been here. Apartment had a large amount of mold. They don’t respond to work orders in a matter of time.

Amazing.

From my initial application to now almost a year into living here the communication, the understanding, and kindness has only increased and gotten better. Kevin the maintenance guy who has helped me absolutely deserves recognition because of how kind and efficient he is. I have two puppies that are both rescues and who are both easily afraid. I had absolutely no concerns with Kevin completing my request while I was at work due to the fact I knew they would be comfortable because Kevin has always… made an effort to say hi to them when he sees us outside. My experience with maintenance in other apartment buildings has always been to come back to a mess. Kevin left each area he worked on absolutely clean and I came home to all my requests handled. Please do yourself a favor and check out watermark. You’ll be happy as well.

Hallways Hallways haven’t been cleaned in while and are dirty. Also, the outside trash is overflowing. ( dog waste container)
