Best Place Ever! My time with Benchmark has been wonderful, and I can’t say enough great things about the management and maintenance team. I’ve never had any issues, and they are overall really wonderful!

I lived here for about 2 years the community is great and the amenities are great and of course the staff are top notch. It is centraly located so that is a pluse easy to get anywhere in boise

We really miss these apartments, unfortunately, we had to move to another state. The area around the apartment is very clean and green. Huge pool and fountains. Very quiet place. Most importantly, Angee! She will always answer all questions and help in any situation. If we return to Boise, we will again choose this apartment!

I love living here. It's been a few years and by far the best apartment complex I've lived. Maintenance concerns are always taken care of so quickly. Lots of upgrades to the property over the last couple of years. There was an awesome new fountain that shut down for an unfortunate amount of time, but I saw them working on it this week so that's promising! The manager is the best. Angee really cares about me and everyone else here. She has offered a listening ear during some hard times and... offered genuine comfort. It's unusual in this business and doesn't go unnoticed. ??
