Living at logger creek has been great, from location to price. Neighbors are great and the back path is lovely

Great management

I've loved living at Logger Creek! The management is professional, the apartments are maintained well, and problems with neighbors are taken care of quickly and effectively. My only problem is the parking. Most of the parking spots are covered but you have to pay for covered parking. It leaves most residents scrambling for a spot to park with lots of empty parking spaces that go unused. The apartments are really beautiful and tucked away in a quiet spot. Totally recommend!

Great place to live, Great staff, Great neighbors!

What a great place to live! Management and maintenance are amazing, and always strive to be sure that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Neighbors are friendly, there are no issues with noise level even being so close to a university. Location is really good. Walking distance to the greenbelt, groceries, and the University.
Did I mention it's pet friendly?! A place that welcomes for babies is always five stars to me.

Deanna has been absolutely incredible in helping us move in, transition through leases and has been extremely accommodating throughout the entirety of my lease here. Great property and location!

Logger Creek has been an excellent place to live. They've been very organized and professional with all of our interactions as residents. And keep us well informed of all the events that they run. Their apartments are spacious and quite comfortable as well with an excellent maintenance crew that is punctual and friendly. Overall, Logger Creek is an excellent place to live and rent.
