I appreciate how well mgmt works with the maintenance dept. A part was needed to fix my dryer and it only took one day for mailing time to receive it. I was amazed how quick the turn around time was. I was also notified by both the Maintenance Supervisor and the Office Mgr about the completion of the repair. I’m impressed with the staff and how well their communication is with the tenants.

A Great Start in My New Community
Moving across the country can be overwhelming, but my experience with this apartment community has made the transition so much easier.
I especially want to recognize Colleen and Erica for all of their help throughout the leasing process. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made me feel welcome from the very beginning.
It's clear they care about their residents and take pride in providing excellent customer... service. Their patience and willingness to help made a stressful move much smoother, and I truly appreciate everything they did.
I'm excited to be part of this community and grateful for the positive experience so far. Thank you, Colleen and Erica, for going above and beyond!
