The Village East is at a great location for the cost. Pros - great location, complimentary covered parking, nice washer/dryer in mud room, spacious units with additional outdoor storage, friendly management, and a good sized balcony. They also bring food trucks every so often which is fun. Cons - close to Fairview, so you can hear the traffic (you get used to it with time), parking for guests can be challenging, but pretty standard for apartment parking. Overall, I enjoy and recommend living at... the Village East!

This is a very nice place to live because of the apartments being on the newer side. The location is excellent, and everyone is really friendly and efficient in management. Plus, if there’s any maintenance issues, the response time is excellent.
