Beautiful, quiet and family friendly
This place is a diamond in the rough. It's quiet, clean, has beautiful willows for landscaping, playgrounds for the kids and are perfect for small families. I highly recommend it! Just always pay your pay bills on time and you'll never have any problems! Maintenance is timely and management is kind.

Light All Day
This is a nice upper floor apartment in a fourplex with a lot of light. It has windows north/south/west and overlooks a meadow with surrounding trees. The is a quiet complex of 6 buildings and an involved owner who is on site every day. The population includes singles, families, and older people and is a great mix. It is safe with assigned parking. The master bedroom is rather large with a walk in closet and because the complex is set back from the street, there is rarely a lot of street... noise. The Second bedroom is average size and there are 1.5 baths. There is a single garage-size space for storage that has sheetrock and is kept very clean. If you're into neighborhood rabbits, horses and chickens without going outside the city, this is the place. This is a great value!
