Do not live here !!
This property is extremely expensive, and the property management is terrible. It takes 3-4 weeks to get a response from them about something going on. I moved out in April and my lease ended April 25 and they tried to charge me an extra 80 bucks for utilities for May. I didn't even live there in may nor did I have the keys! I would not live here!!

The little details are where this place lacks. Crappy shower faucet head, no ice machine, poor heater/ac unit, ect...

Amazing Location, Staff, and Cleaniness
Great location with prime restaurants in every direction. I love this place so much and so do my guests. Every time we are greeted nicely by the staff and all areas are kept clean. I appreciate the secure key system they have as it gives me peace of mind that not everyone can get into the building. Maintenance is always continually getting things done quickly and efficiently. Amazing and kind staff all around. I would recommend anyone to live here as it is definitely luxury.

Expensive and small
-the rent only includes...the rent. EVERYTHING Is extra
-in addition to your own monthly utilities, you get an EXTRA bill to cover the costs of utilities in the common areas, regardless if you use them or not. With these prices it should already be included
-the walls are thin. Even the front door is flimsy: you can hear everything
-there is a washer and dryer in the rooms. The washer will rock your world on the spin cycle, even with a half full load.
-the one bedrooms don’t have adequate... storage. If you have plenty of clothes and shoes, you’ll need to buy extra storage
-they use a keycard for access to the building and common areas. Prepare for your credit cards to malfunction. They haven’t advanced to key fobs yet
The location is ideal. Other than that...
