Greedy

They charged me $15 to wipe the mirror clean. They then charged me $45 to wipe a dirty spot in the cabinet. These people are greedy snakes that have the audacity to call this building “student living yet charge as if freshman college students make $60,000 a year. But they know their parents or financial aid will pay for it.

The Worst Apartments Ever

No one should ever live here. Our apartment was stained and things were broken when we moved in. The office never answered calls or emails. Despite hours of cleaning when we moved out they still charged us $150 each for “cleaning fees”. Save your money move elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs

First off, the staff here will make you want to pull your hair out. You can contact them and ask over and over and nothing will ever be finished. There are pieces of equipment in the fitness room that have been out of order since I moved in which was August 2019. Hallways will always either smell like marijuana or trash. Speaking of trash, the trash room is always filled with disgusting bags of trash and the staff will take forever to clean it out. They charge ridiculous junk fees, just to get… more money from you (example - "Green Fee"). If you are moving here, prepare to be ignored and treated like their last priority. The location to campus is the only reason I stay, but trust me you will hate living here.
