Good homes, subpar management
The townhomes are a good size with nice touches. The living space is great. I really loved my townhome, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. Property management struggles in several areas. One, there is dog poop everywhere. I don't know why so few people pick up after there pets here, but it is bad. The neighbors and I frequently chatted outside about what a problem this was. Property management would send out emails occasionally about the issue, but nothing was ever done to... actually address the problem.
The property management (Primary Property Management) is difficult to get ahold of. One time I stopped by the office during their scheduled hours, the door was unlocked, but no one was there. I rang the little bell, called out, and even called the phone but no luck. I waited for a half hour before someone showed up from management. After completing my move out I had to stop by again to pick up a package. I stopped by twice during their posted working hours to similar situations. No one was there.
This place could be great, but it appears property management does not have the funds, people, or resources to actually show up and do their jobs. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall. When I was leaving I was pretty sad about saying goodbye to some of my neighbors and the space, but I don't regret leaving.
