Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay.
The home is 2 minutes to the freeway and 10 minutes to major shopping. From Freeway exit 29, take a right onto Chinden/Hwy 26, then a left onto Aviation, a right onto Nantucket, and a left on Cliff Swallow. The house will be on the right.
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. [SI]
