River's Edge Apartments

I have lived at Rivers edge for one year now the living conditions are pretty nice. I do wish it had a central AC. But that is a small detail I’m willing to overlook. The real problem is there is no parking they give you one garage that is big enough to fit a Prius. There are more people living here than there are parking spaces. It is extremely annoying to get home from work and not have a place to park and then you have to park on the side of the road for them the next day to tow you away. I... definitely don’t recommend. I lived at Rivers Edge for two years and would have stayed long-term if it weren’t for getting married and moving. The first floor units have excellent appliances, are very spacious, and surprisingly quiet. You cannot beat this location on the river and close to everything. The office staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for community, it is easy to meet people.

Parking has become a massive issue at this complex. I am one of the few tenants who actually uses my garage and because of that I have no parking options when others block my garage door. I have contacted maintenance multiple times and the issue has never been addressed. My garage is completely unusable and management has done nothing about it.

Cons:
- The units are cheaply built.
- You will be stolen from and taken advantage of during the move-out process.
- The parking is awful.
- The package system is awful. Want Amazon lockers like every other modern apartment complex in the world has? How about a plywood shelf in a publicly accessible area with everyone else's packages instead? But hey, why should they care? It saves them a couple bucks.

We are starting our third year here and love it. The complex is located on the Centennial Trail, which is a beautifully landscaped walk/bike path, which leads to Riverstone shopping center, 1.3 miles away. The apartment complex is new, which means higher ceilings, large windows, and new appliances. The amenities are great and include large: pool, exercise room, and reservable event room. The staff is wonderful and friendly.
