My experience living at The Foundry has been 100% positive. The townhome we rent is spacious, with 2 car garage, plenty of storage, lovely cabinetry and is equipped with beautiful appliances and flooring. We have a small outdoor patio which perfectly suits our container gardening. And the common area grounds are excellently landscaped & maintained.
The staff was very helpful from original meeting to final move in.
The Foundry is close to beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene and I take daily walks... thru the surrounding neighborhood, even quick walking trips to Trader Joe's or Pilgrim's Market (2 mile round trip) for a few groceries. I feel VERY safe here and fully intend to renew the lease for another 18 months and beyond.
P.S. Our 2 kitties are very comfy here. There is plenty of warm windowsill sunshine for them to enjoy . .

Highly recommend!
I can’t say it enough but we were so excited to rent a townhome here! The furnishings and appliances are top tier. Staff is friendly and helpful. When we moved in a few months ago, they ran through all move in costs, gave a detailed walk through, and were flexible with our move in timeline. New builds can have construction damage and their maintenance team fixed everything we requested within a week. Would highly recommend renting their townhomes!

Great area
I've really enjoyed living here overall. The location is probably my favorite part. Being downtown makes it easy to access to restaurants, coffee shops, and events. The building itself is nice, and I've found the apartment to be comfortable and well-maintained.
My only real complaint is that the AC can be pretty loud when it kicks on. It's not a huge issue, but it's definitely noticeable, especially at night. Other than that, I haven't had any major problems. Overall, it's been a great place to... live, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient downtown location.

Love Our Home
We are CDA locals and moved into The Foundry in August! We LOVE our home, the big windows and natural lighting is seriously the best, all new appliances and just a sleek, modern chill vibe. Couldn’t be happier. The best part is our property manager Anna- she has made our transition effortless, fun & comfortable!!!
