Very Predatory, "Low Effort Side Hustle" Mindset

There are multiple issues with lights not working, outlets not working, bad soundproofing, and general wear around the apartment that do not get addressed by management. To top that off, there are a LOT of arbitrary fees for useless things that you are required to pay for whether you use them or not. Parking is particularly bad in the complex and you are required to pay for a parking booth regardless of whether or not you even use their parking. Their guiding principle seems to be "squeeze as... much money possible out of our tenets while doing as little work possible to earn it."

I have enjoyed living here. Always have nice neighbors and the resident staff are super accommodating and friendly!
I really enjoy having a gym, pool, and hot tub so close by as well.

Great place to live, but I don't agree with paying for fiber optic I don't need. No one should be force to pay for something they don't want or need. Some of us are on fixed income.
