This cabin offers year-round access and is just 25 miles from Yellowstone’s west entrance, making it a scenic and comfortable base for summer park adventures or winter trail riding. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fire pit, barbecue grill, and a gravel pad for entertaining. The cabin has a pull-through driveway and areas for utility trailer parking on the side.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet, per day. In winter months, guests need 4-wheel drive to navigate winter storms. Due to large amounts of snow, only one 7' by 12' trailer can be squeezed on the property in the winter. Additional or larger trailers can be parked at Keg Springs just down the road. Inquire about snowmobile delivery and discounts.
This cabin is located 2 miles from snowmobile/ATV trail access in Island Park, 23 miles from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, 1 mile from StoddardMill Kids Fishing Pond, 18miles from Henry’s Lake State Park, 8miles from Island Park Reservoir, 16miles from Harriman State Park, 13 miles from Big Springs, and 10miles from Box Canyon Trail.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. No pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned in the fire pit.
