Overpriced Low Quality Town Homes, even if they were dirt cheap I would not recommend this place to anyone. This one is for the books, by far the worst home(if you can call it that) I have ever lived in. Management is lacking and lazy, having gone through 4 property managers and the problem only got worse; No communication, no move-in preparations, to give an example, we had to figure out how to work the internet, get our AC box on, turn the water on, with no instructions, with our neighbors... having similar experiences. When asking the Property Managers, we got vague response after a couple of days, and were told if we could not do it, they will send there maintenance guys for a one-time charge. It only gets worse, after moving out, having expected to receive our full security deposit back minus a cleaning fee, we were charged $3k+ on top of out $1500 deposit, they had upgraded flooring, repaired paint, and switched out vinyl, get this, lived there only a year with no pets, just myself and spouse. They are over priced for low quality units. They find every tiny reason to charge you at move out including a 6 day time frame to pay up over 2000 or they charge interest and attorney fees. I shouldn’t hear my neighbors whisper. My carpet shouldn’t come up with a brand new vacuum. And the security system doesn’t work. I can’t recommend a single positive thing about the units or the property management. Run.

MAXXPM is the worst property management I’ve ever had to deal with. The building itself is a new build which has been falling apart since the day it was built, very cheap construction. Very thin uninsulated walls between units so you can hear every noise and phone conversation your neighbor makes. Have had to report neighbors to police several times due to MAXXPM not caring about tenants.

We have had the worst experience with this rental company and they seem to care about none of their tenants. Everything has been difficult. We’ve had to call the police for harassment from our neighbors because they wouldn’t do anything about the issue. There is not even close to enough parking, they don’t get back to your emails. They find a way to get out of everything that is their responsibility as a rental property. We will not be renewing our lease and have wanted to move out pretty much... as soon as we got here.
