Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Please do not move furniture; if furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to the booking platform. Outdoor and garage amenities are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained, and are not guaranteed. Due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present.
