Crown Pointe Apartments

- Competition parking at night without a garage (extra). (I rarely parked on surrounding streets.)
- Sometimes hear dogs clickety-clack above, and howls just one day below, which I reported.
- Door slammers are annoying. If you have a window open and let go of door, air pressure will slam it. If you’re Oblivious & Inconsiderate, you slam your door anyway (windows closed). Slamming shakes unit & you sitting in recliner, startlingly… at times agn & agn & agn &...

- Studio bedrooms have 3 walls, one open to ‘hallway’ kitchen. I bought a collapsible divider.
- Window screens are Not ‘gnat-proof’.
- Dishwasher spots plastics & some non-stick.

No parking, loud neighbors, dogs barking all day and well as their owners not picking up their poop. The no parking is the worst- you have to park down the road in front of houses to find a spot past 7 pm some nights

Honestly, parking is a nightmare and management isn’t doing anything about it. They have said there is not enough spots per apartment. The apartment is good, noisy neighbors and would suggest to go third level since you can hear everything.

They are nice apartments, but you can definitely tell they were built super fast. There’s cracks in the walls all over, cupboard doors are not level so you have to loosen the screws to fit your finger in to open them. I would definitely recommend getting a garage for an additional $125 a month because there is NEVER any parking after 8-9pm at night most of the time. Also the construction has been going on the entire year of our lease and they start before 8am and are very noisy. Staff is super… nice in the office. Wish the gym was open 24hours like they said it would be (even if it was open like 5-9pm that would be nice, currently only open during office hours) if your notice your dryer not drying clothes within an hour they may have left the cover on the roof on, that happened to us so we spent hours drying clothes, but they forgot to take the cover off.
