Do Not Rent
So when I moved out and they sent me back my deposit. I only received 154$ out of 800. They claimed light bulbs were replaced (none were burnt out) holes patched ( no holes pictures to prove it). Charged me 285$ for that. Also claims to of had to clean apartment (201$) have pictures that showed apartment spotless. Also charged me 30$ Ea for water/sewer/trash for September and October even this I paid it and it shows on the receipt they sent me. Now they will not answer phone. Yeah I would choose... to live somewhere else.

Seriously great!
Kaitlin is the best property manager I've ever had. She really is a super star. The amenities here are great. It's a great location with quick access to Washington and poleline Rd. Monthly barbeques to get all the neighbors together. The best part is that I know I can rely on Kaitlin to handle any problem here. My wife asked her if we could get some one to look at our dishwasher and even said no hurry. Kaitlin had someone out within the hour.
Renting here is worth every penny.
