Perfectly located for adventure, this home is just 47 minutes from Grand Teton National Park, two hours to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, a short 30-minute drive to Grand Targhee Resort for epic skiing and summer fun, and 40 minutes over the pass to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for world-class slopes and nightlife. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, so please be respectful to our neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. If any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to enjoy the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. All guests must clean off in the shower or bath before using the hot tub. Do not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
Includes a dedicated den with a desk for those who need to sneak in work. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
