The upper unit is above the garage, while the lower unit is in a separate building next door. A third unit, occupied by a long-term tenant, is above the lower unit. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or smoking/vaping are allowed on the property. An additional charge will apply if smoking or vaping occurs. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Fines will apply for violations, including smoking in the house or garage, with a minimum $500 fine for such violations. Check-out procedures must be followed, and failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction without a refund.
